Always a smile for Mamo...what a doll
The new kitchen....same table:)....same sweet babies
I love Abigail!!! Here is some "real sunshine"No doubt we all know how much we needed rain. It was good to see it come. This was one of those days when it would have been good to curl up on the couch and take it easy. Or would it have been?
I'll admit, it seems as though the gloomy weather can get me down. Was it the weather today or just a little homesick? Maybe a bit of both. It's hard to leave a place, home, where you've been for so long. I'm sure it will take a while to get used to the new place. Thank goodness that I have so much to keep me busy. Today Victor was a wonderful "distraction!" I picked him up from school and it was GREAT to see him and spend time with him. We spent a lot of time outside checking out the new neighborhood before Marla and the girls came by to get him. They all hung out for a while and it was good.
Tomorrow I will pick up Sam for Meredith at the sitters and bring him back here while she is in class at IUS. Later in the evening she'll come back here to pick him up and I'll have dinner for all of us. Joe is picking up mom on his way home from work. Should be a nice evening.
Thank God for family and people who love you when your feeling just a little down.
Enjoy my pix of my precious babies. What a wonderful world.
Again, thanks Lord for the rain. Life is good.
This story I read will touch your heart, it did mine and made me think how greatful I'am to have ALL of the babies that I have in my life.
There was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentlelman's yard, climbed onto his lap and just sat there.
When his mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing, I just helped him cry."
