Just got home this evening from the Ultreya up at Mount St. Francis. I'm so greatful to have an abundance of Christian friends. God is so good to me, better than I deserve.
Our witness speaker this evening was so good. Dona McCrite gave the talk and it was more than inspiring to all. She really gave a talk from the heart and truly showed how God throughout all of her troubles in life has been with her all the way. She spoke of her experience on Cursillo and how she felt she had been "asleep" most of her life and now she was "awake."
Sonie went with me tonight and had a good experience. She made her Cursillo about 20 years ago and has had the Spirit tugging at her heart to become involved again. She won't be sorry she did. I've been in sharing group since 1988 and don't know what I'd do without these ladies. We challenge each other to be the best Christian's we can be.
Well in the Spirit of the evening I'm going to get some rest and relax in the Arms of the One I know loves me unconditionally. Thank you Jesus for always loving me and taking care of me and the ones that I love. I feel Your Peace.

Stick with me!
It's late and I'm not sure what I've done on the following post. I know the girls (Meredith and Marla) are smiling:) I need a refresher course! It's menopause.
Don't give up on me and keep scrolling down to see more pix and my story. Sorry.
Enjoy and remember, Life is Good.

It won't be long.Maddie enjoyed everything. I think she'll love it next year.
I'm not sure if this should be happening this fast!!! Victor asked me this morning at OLPH, "Didn't we do this just yesterday?" Sure seems like yesterday we were doing this with our own.
We went to lil Victor's open house today at his school. We went to Mass with everyone at 11:00 and then on to the school. He was so proud and you could tell that his teachers, Mrs Timperman and Mrs. Hammond were both happy to see him. Of course, and why not. He is of course the cutest, smartest, sweetest, happiest, kindest and most loving of all their students. Spoken like a true Mamo! I've always been known to be truthful.
Anyway thanks guys for including us. We would not have missed it for the world. Next year with Maddie Sparkles!

A trip to McDonalds for a Happy Meal and a banana..Sam's babysitter has taken a few well deserved days off so I'm filling in. We had an AWESOME trip in NSB during the holidays. It has truly become a family tradition. Our weather was perfect! The kids had such a good time at the pool and the beach. We started out in real style, Beeler style. We needed transportation big enough to take all of our stuff, Nana's walker, O2 machine and of course the suitcases. To accommodate, Victor surprised Nana with a ride big enough for everything! Check it our!

The Loss of a dear friend.
On July 3 a dear, dear friend of ours, Chips Cronen returned to Heaven. He will be missed. We pray and ask for prayers for his wife Barbra and sons.
I came across this scripture that seems to be appropriate for Chips, it reads from Ephesians 6: 16-18
"At all times carry faith as a shield; for with it you will be able to put out all the burning arrows shot by the evil one. And accepting salvation as a helmet, and the word of God as the sword which the Spirit gives you. Do all this in prayer, asking for God's help. Pray on every occassion, as the Spirit leads. For this reason keep alert and never give up; pray always for God's people."
This is just one thought that gives "light" to the life of Chips Cronen. He was truly a prayer warrior. I've counted on his prayers many times and will continue to do so..
